Welcome to Monkey See Monkey Do Ranch Located In The Heart Of Arkansas.
Monkey See Monkey Do Ranch is more than just a ranch—it’s a vibrant, chaotic, and deeply loving sanctuary with a "cast of characters" that ranges from tiny primates to giant hearts. Originally starting as a USDA-licensed rescue and rehab operation, the ranch has evolved into a beloved home for exotic animals and a source of joy for millions of fans online.
The ranch is owed by Cortney and her husband Zac, who have spent over 5 years building a life centered on family and animals. Cortney’s sister Charity also lives on the ranch & plays a big roll of everything running smoothly. After decades of Zac being in the oilfield business, Cortney transitioned Zacs hard-working spirit into animal husbandry.
Cortney often jokes that she always dreamed of having a house full of animals of her own because she grew up on a sanctuary but the reality of living with monkeys, exotic birds " has been even more rewarding (and noisier) than she imagined. Their mission is simple: to provide a place where every "fur baby" and "feather baby" can flourish and to share that happiness with the world.
The Star of the Show: Preston the Cockatoo.
While there are many animals on the ranch, the undisputed king is Preston, a Salmon-Crested Cockatoo also affectionately known as "The Crack Chicken."
Preston has become a global internet sensation thanks to his "unhinged" personality. He is famous for:
• The "Manic" Laugh: A deep, villainous chuckle that sounds like a cartoon antagonist plotting world domination.
• Gangster Walks: Strolling into rooms with a level of confidence and "swagger" that puts professional athletes to shame.
• Hilarious Rants: Preston is known for his loud, expressive, and sometimes "spicy" vocalizations where he appears to be lecturing his human parents or the family dogs.
• Star Power: His antics have landed him features on Inside Edition and The Dodo, proving that in his world, we’re all just supporting characters.
