Because all orders placed through our store are processed through Shopify and fulfilled through Printful, our Refund & Cancellation Policy follows their terms, rules, and limitations in full.
By placing an order on MonkeySeeMonkeyDoRanch.com, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below.
1. All Orders Are Processed Through Shopify
We use Shopify as our secure online payment processor.
As a result:

All billing issues, payment errors, and transaction concerns are governed by Shopify’s Payment Terms.

Any chargeback disputes are handled according to Shopify’s guidelines.

2. All Products Are Fulfilled by Printful
Every product sold on MonkeySeeMonkeyDoRanch.com is printed, packaged, and shipped by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider.
Because Printful produces custom items on demand, the following rules apply:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.

Refunds and replacements are only available if Printful approves the issue based on THEIR policies.

Printful requires clear photo or video evidence for any claims regarding misprints, defects, or damaged items.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be approved ONLY under the following conditions:
A. Printful Verified Issues

Printing errors

Incorrect items

Damage occurring before delivery

Quality defects
If Printful confirms the problem is on their end, they will remake or refund the item at their discretion.
B. Lost Packages
If the tracking information from Printful shows that your package was lost in transit, Printful may issue a refund or replacement depending on their internal guidelines.
Not Eligible for Refunds
Because all products are made to order:
❌ Wrong size ordered
❌ Wrong address entered by customer
❌ Customer changed their mind
❌ Delays caused by shipping carriers
❌ Inaccurate expectations regarding color/print
❌ Normal wear and tear after delivery
4. Cancellation Policy
Because Printful begins production very quickly after an order is submitted:

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we will attempt to stop it, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Any cancellation is only possible if Printful allows it under their policy.
5. How to Submit a Claim
To request a refund or replacement for an eligible issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Description of the problem
We will then submit the claim to Printful for review.
All final decisions are made by Printful, not MonkeySeeMonkeyDoRanch.com.
6. Shipping Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for:

Carrier errors

Weather-related delays

Lost/stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
For these issues, Printful’s and the carrier’s terms apply.
